Hello Parents,

This is a reminder that you must RSVP by midnight tonight. Even if you plan on not attending the meet please go in and mark the Not Attending This Meet selection.You can RSVP or mark not attending via the website (link) or SwimTopia app (link). If you do not register your child, they will not be able to participate in the meet.

Junior Sharks will be swimming at this meet but do not need to RSVP.

Home Meet Against PiedmontBend:

This week we have a home meet on Wednesday, June 12^th against PiedmontBend.

Parking:

The parking lot in front of the pool will be closed. Please park along the road and follow the signs indicating where to park. The tennis courts and the spillway are off limits. Please let your children know and watch the for their safety.

Check In:

Athletes can begin checking in at 4:45 pm. Volunteers and athletes please be checked in by 5:00 pm.If you are helping with meet set up, please arrive at 4:00 pm.

Warm-ups:

We will warm-up at 5:00 pm. The meet will begin at 6:00. If you miss the warm-up time you will not be able to warm-up.Junior Sharks get to swim at this meet and their race begins at 5:45 pm. Junior Sharks do not need to warm up so they can arrive right before their swim.

Concessions:

We have an awesome concession stand.We have fresh salad, grilled chicken skewers, BBQ topping scoop, baked potatoes, hamburgers/cheeseburgers, BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza, chips, candy, sweets, and drinks. Our concession takes cash or Venmo. Volunteers:

We still have a lot of open jobs for volunteers for this meet.Remember, you must volunteer at least 2 times per swimmer for the season. Our swim team is 100% run by volunteers.We need more volunteers at home meets so we definitely need your help! We have the following openings available:

*1 Person for Bullpen 6 & under – 1^st shift

*1 Person for Concessions – help serve and sell concessions during meet – 1^st shift

*1 Person Floater – 1^st shift

*2 People Bullpen 7 & 8 – 2^nd shift

*3 People for Concessions – help serve and sell concessions during meet – 2^nd shift

*1 Person for Floater – 2^nd shift

*1 Person for Lane Manager – 2^nd shift

*1 Person – Meet Clean Up – After meet ends

Swim Team Picture Day:

Our swim team pictures are scheduled for June 13^th at 9 am. Individual photos begin at 9:00 am, team photo staging begins at 9:45 am and the team photo will be taken at 10:00 am.Advance pay is $15 per family and applied to your future order.
