Sharks,

I wanted to take the time this weekend to congratulate our 2025 Patti Wilder Swimmers. This year we had 18 swimmers swim at this state qualifying meet. This is the first year in a while that we sent swimmers, and they did amazing! All our swimmers (age 5 to 17) dropped time in at least one of their events.

All of our swimmers did great. I want to mention the following achievements of our swimmers, who made the finals in one of their events (several swimmers made the finals in more than one event):

The following swimmers received ribbons or medals from their swims.

Our 9-10 Mixed Relay of Camilla Baker, Jackson Baker, Nora Reeves, and Khoury Ridgewell placed third in their 100 Yard Mixed Medley Relay and fourth in their Mixed 100 Yard Free Relay.

Our 11-12 Girls Relay of Paige Culberson, Hazel Cherry, Caroline Stewart, and Harper Glass placed second in their 200 Yard Medley Relay and fourth in their 200 Yard Free Relay.

Caroline Stewart placed 4^th in her 50-yard breaststroke.

Will Taylor placed 7^th in his 25-yard breaststroke.

Paige Culberson placed 1st in her 50-yard back stroke. This qualifies her for the state meet.

We are so proud of everyone’s swimming and sportsmanship for this meet. All of our swimmers did amazing! Also, a huge thank you to our coaches Ansley Young, Aastha Agarwal, and Annabelle Young who helped during the meet. Thank you to all the parents who helped as well. I am so proud of how our team did and hope we have even more swimmers swim next year.
