We are looking forward to our final meet on Tuesday, June 23^rd at home against North Forest. This is our pink out meet!

Home Meet Against North Forest:

Our last meet is at home meet on Tuesday, June 23^rd.

Please RSVP attending or not attending by noon today. You can do this by going to the website: https://somersetsharks.swimtopia.com/ We will still need volunteers at away meets so please sign up!

If you do not want to stay for those late relays you can make a note in SwimTopia that you are leaving early, not available for late relays.

I will be sending more information regarding check in times and other information in a later email. But the times will be the same as our last home meet.

Junior Sharks:

The Junior Sharks will be able to swim at this race. Their race will begin at 5:45 pm. You do not need to RSVP.

Volunteers Needed:

We have the following openings available:

*1 Person - Bullpen 6 & under – 1^st shift

*1 Person – Bullpen 7&8 – 1^st Shift

*2 People – Concessions – 1^st shift

*4 People – Concessions – 2^nd Shift

*1 Person – Grill Assistant

*1 Person – Lane Manager – 1^st Shift

*1 Person – Meet Clean Up Concessions

*1 Person – Timer – 1^st Shift

Dad’s Relay:

Calling all dads! To celebrate Father’s Day, we would like to put together a dad’s relay team for our last home meet. The team would swim at the volunteer break. If interested, reach out to Sue Culberson via text 770-315-3887.

Kraken Water Polo Clinic:

Kraken Water Polo will be hosting a clinic at our pool on June 24^th from 9 am to 10:30 am. This clinic is available for swimmers 9 & up. I hope swimmers will show up to learn about water polo.

I will also be there working on sorting ribbons and would love your help!

End of Season Party:

Our end of the season party will be held June 24^th from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Come hang out at the pool for a party. We will be selling pizza, chips, drinks, and candy. I will be sending out prices for this in a later email.

These items can be purchased with cash or Venmo.

We will also be handing out medals and serving cake and ice cream.

This will allow us to know how many lifeguards and food we need.

We would also like to recognize our amazing coaches at the end-of-season party. If your swimmer has enjoyed working with a particular coach this season, we would love for them to share a few words about that coach during the celebration. It's a great opportunity to thank our coaches for the time, energy, and encouragement they have given our swimmers all season long.

Coaches’ Gifts:

We have an amazing group of coaches! They have helped our kids so much this year. Please help us show our 2026 Sharks Coaches all our appreciation by donating to their end of season gift!
